FUN, FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

FitCAMPs are circuit-style supportive exercise programs designed work to provide real results no matter what your ability. They help you burn calories, strengthen your core, improve your stamina, strength, agility, overall fitness and lose fat.

• FitCAMP
30-minute total circuit training using body weight training, strength and agility drills, and endurance components.

• KidsCAMP XPress

• AquaFITCAMP
45-minute strength and endurance training - in the water!

All FitCAMP full-body conditioning sessions are ongoing, renewable every six weeks, and located in Temecula.
